How quick is your turnaround?
Our turnaround is fast, but fast means different things to different people. How quickly we can get you what you need depends on the type of signs you need, the number of signs needed, if you have approved artwork ready to use and how fast you can approve proofs, if we have the materials in the center or have to order them, etc.

What format of my logo will work best?
It’s important that you provide your file as a vector-based file.
You can save your logo as an .eps file for the highest quality reproduction. The logo can be provided as an .eps, .ai, jpeg or PDF file if the file is vector artwork.
Do you provide proofs?
Yes, we provide a proof for custom signs. Our experienced professionals will produce your signs in a timely fashion after you approve the final proof.
I need to make a change to an order I placed.
Call our sales team at sales@harperlaine.com and they will try to make the
change if the order is not in production.
Do you accept returns?
Any customized products cannot be returned, but undamaged and new, impersonalized goods can be returned. A restocking fee may apply.
