Harper Laine is the operator of https://harperlaine.com. When you place an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms outlined on this page. The following terms are provided so both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement and apply to orders placed through our online store.

1. Shipping Costs and Estimated Arrival of Online Orders

The shipping policy for orders placed through our online store is as follows:

  • Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $15. Orders of $150 and above and are shipping within the USA qualify for free shipping
    • Orders shipping to Canada will be charged at a flat rate of $25 and do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders of 15 signs and under will ship in 1-2 business days
  • Orders of 16 – 40 signs will ship in 3-4 business days
  • Orders of over 40 signs will ship in 5 business days
  • Returns

Custom products are not returnable for refund. Stock items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must not have been used and in re-sellable condition.

All Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Limited One-Year Warranty

Harper Laine limited one-year warranty covers any defect due to faulty material or workmanship for one year from date of invoice. We will repair or replace the product without charge, providing it has been installed according to our design and installation specifications. Purchaser is responsible for removal and reinstallation costs of said product.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:

None of our warranties cover damage caused by misuse, careless handling, improper installation, or where repairs or alterations have been attempted by others. No other guarantees, written or verbal, are authorized by Harper Laine.
