Our Sign-Ordering Process

Step 1: The Quoting Phase

Kick things off by reaching out to our sales team via the request a quote form or by emailing with your project's details. The more specifics you share, the better we can tailor our quote to your needs. Your request will join our sales queue, where our team will meticulously review your provided information and respond with a comprehensive quote.

Upon reviewing and approving your quote—sent directly to your inbox—the journey to your custom order begins. To ensure an accurate quote and a seamless process, here’s what we’ll need from you:

  • Sign dimensions, material thickness, and quantity for each sign type
  • Desired substrate and text color
  • Your choice of paint color (Note: We can match any color from Matthews, Benjamin Moore, and Sherwin Williams. A $75 fee applies for matching unlisted colors.)
  • Vector artwork (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF format preferred, with specified colors if necessary)
  • Any initial designs from architects or graphic designers
  • Critical dates for sign delivery and installation (Note: Rush fees may apply based on the project's scale and current production capacity.)

Step 2: Proofing Process

With your quote approval in hand, we transition your order to our graphics team. They'll craft digital proofs for every sign in your order and email them for your review. Approval of these proofs and a down payment (or per agreement) will propel your order to the final stage.

Step 3: The Production Line

Our graphics team preps your order for the production floor, where our diligent production team springs into action. Adhering closely to your specifications, they ensure every detail is accounted for. After full payment, your signs are packaged for shipping, ready for installation.
